As a ‘customer centric’ digital specialist and entrepreneur, he sold his first website which offered customer insights (pre Google Analytics) in 1998 for GBP 100,000 and has worked for software giants IBM and SAP, a leading bank, and the UK Ministry of Defense helping them all to develop optimized business processes.
