Thomas Green is a third-generation retailer, whose family’s business empire started in 1922.

As a ‘customer centric’ digital specialist and entrepreneur, he sold his first website which offered customer insights (pre Google Analytics) in 1998 for GBP 100,000 and has worked for software giants IBM and SAP, a leading bank, and the UK Ministry of Defense helping them all to develop optimized business processes.

It’s safe to say that delivering exceptional customer service using technology and data is his thing.
